Building destruction - Forces

Hi everyone, here is my first destruction project made with Houdini using forces. It was rendered with Arnold for Houdini, and I used Nuke for the compositing.
I wanted to go further than the traditional destruction and to make a suction effect of the building by a force coming from the sky.
I took the building model from a Rebelway course.
